A jam maker like no other

Since 2014, Béatrice has been concocting high-end artisanal jams by hand, in a copper cauldron, according to a rare know-how.
Its ingredients? Fresh, local, seasonal fruit, picked when ripe. No industrial purees, but real, raw, tasteful!

“They are fruit of trees,” says Béatrice.
A jam that respects nature is also the spirit of Ubaye.

A high mountain alchemy

The jams of the Gaillardises are original, daring, full of character:

  • Larch bud jelly,
  • Strawberry-mint, Raspberry-dark chocolate,
  • Peach with Sichuan pepper,
  • And even recipes inspired by cocktails: Mojito, Piña Colada, Orange with Kahlúa…

Each jar becomes a gustatory walk in the mountains, a souvenir to take away.

Over the seasons, she blends flavours: strawberry-mint, raspberry-dark chocolate, peach with Sichuan pepper… or daring creations such as orange with Kahlúa, Piña Colada or Mojito. Unique recipes, combining aromatic accuracy and melting textures.

Internationally recognized know-how

Béatrice’s talent quickly seduced the most demanding palates. In 2020, her blackcurrant-redcurrant and candied wild maras recipe won the gold medal and the title of world champion at the Confituriades, an international professional competition. In the process, its Croqu’barre, Pina Colada and strawberry coconut lime cereal bars are also awarded.

A true ambassador of taste made in Ubaye!

A jam bar on the farm

Passing through Looking for a suspended moment? Béatrice has created a jam bar on her farm: a unique tasting place, where you can enjoy a coffee or a homemade syrup (offered) accompanied by a generous slice of bread. The fruit mousse harvested around the cauldron, still warm, evokes the snacks of yesteryear. A real sensory journey.
