1. Purpose

The purpose of these T is to define the conditions and terms under which the seller offers, in particular remotely and electronically, but also on site, various services reserved for buyers, such as:

– Children’s workshops (making objects)

– Shows (young audiences or all audiences),

– Conferences (offered by professionals such as nutritionists, outdoor speakers, etc.)

– Sports and cultural activities

– Sports or cultural activities (yoga, snowshoeing, etc.)

– Guided tours

Consequently, any order placed by the buyer implies its unreserved acceptance and full adherence to these T, which take precedence over any other document, unless specific conditions are expressly agreed to in writing by the seller.

These T come into forceon 1 February 2026.

The seller reserves the right to modify these T at any time by publishing a new version on its website. In the event of changes to the T, the applicable T are those in force on the date of the order. The invalidity of a clause of these T does not entail the nullity of the entire T The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the T by the seller shall not constitute a waiver on the part of the seller of the other clauses of the T which continue to have effect. The photos on the seller’s website and brochures have no contractual value. These T apply to any order placed by a customer, a natural person of legal age, on his behalf or on behalf of a minor for whom he is legally responsible.

2. Liability

2-1 The Pra Loup Tourist Office (the seller) is the sole interlocutor of the buyer, to whom it facilitates the process by offering a choice of services and by ensuring a quick and secure reservation. He is responsible to the General Manager for the performance of the obligations arising from these T

2-2 The Pra Loup Tourist Office cannot be held liable for the total or partial non-performance of the services ordered or the total or partial non-compliance with the obligations stipulated in these general terms and conditions of sale, in the event of unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, poor performance or faults committed by the customer, or unforeseeable and insurmountable events of a third party unrelated to the provision of the services.

3. Description of the services

The essential characteristics of the services (content, duration, age required, price, date, times, location) are specified at the time of booking.

The customer is required to read them before placing an order.

4. Booking terms

4-1 It is recalled that any order for one or more services offered by the Tourist Office implies the customer’s unrestricted or reserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which can be consulted either at the Tourist Office counter or on the pages of the Tourist Office’s website www.praloup.com.

All reservations are firm and definitive as soon as they have been paid.

All reservations are firm and definitive.

4-2-1 Terms and conditions of the reservation

The services offered by the Tourist Office can be booked either at the Tourist Office counter or via the website www.praloup.com

Regarding the sale at the counter, the reservation is effective after full payment at the reception of the Tourist Office.

A confirmation email is received by the customer.

4-2-2 Special provisions for Online Booking

4-2-2-1 The descriptions and photographs of the services referenced by the Tourist Office, appearing on the site, have a purely informative purpose, the content of which may vary depending on the service provider. Therefore, it is advisable to contact the service provider directly in order to collect up-to-date information.

If the customer does not consider himself sufficiently informed about the characteristics of the services he wishes to order, he may, prior to placing an order, request additional information on these services from the Tourist Office.

By placing an order, the customer explicitly acknowledges that he or she has obtained all the desired information on the nature and characteristics of the services ordered.

4-2-2-2 The reservation becomes firm and definitive when the customer has validated his order on the Website on which the summary of the services ordered appears and has paid the full price of the services ordered.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer as soon as he ticks the confirmation request when placing the order.

5. Rates and payment

The prices of the services or products appearing on the seller’s website are inclusive of all taxes in euros.

5.1 For reservations made at the reception desk of the Pra Loup Tourist Office located at 24 Place Honoré Bonnet 04 400 Pra Loup:

The price corresponds to the stipulated services and as they are described on the documents provided at the Praloup Tourist Office counter.

Payment for the services ordered can be made by credit card, cash or cheque.

5.2 For bookings made via the Website

The prices correspond to the stipulated services and as described on the Website.

Payment for services ordered via the Website is made by credit card (cards from the Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard networks are accepted) through a secure payment system (STRIPE) at the time of booking.

6. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

No refund can be requested after validation of the order.

7. Specific conditions – Children’s workshops

Reservations are made for children who must be accompanied by an adult who does not pay for a ticket.

7.1 Age and Participation

The workshops are reserved for children whose age corresponds to the one indicated at the time of booking.

No refunds will be given in the event of non-compliance with this condition.

7.2 Liability of legal representatives

The parents or legal representatives certify that the child is fit to participate in the activity and has no medical contraindications.

Children must be accompanied by a parent and remain under the responsibility of the parents for the duration of the workshop.

7.3 Behaviour

Any disruptive or dangerous behaviour may result in the exclusion of the child, without refund.

8. Specific conditions – Shows

8.1 Ticketing

Tickets are valid only for the date, time and show indicated.

The ticket received by email will be presented at the entrance of the venue. Anyone wishing to attend the show must have a ticket.

8.2 Delay

Access to the venue after the start of the show may be refused or postponed, without this giving rise to the right to a refund.

8.3 Capture

Audio, photo or video recordings are prohibited without prior authorization.

9- Conditions for the performance of services

The duration of each service is that stipulated at the Tourist Office counter or on the Website.

10. Cancellation and modification

10.1 Cancellation by the customer

For children’s workshops, tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable.

For shows (young audiences or all audiences), tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable.

For cultural events, tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

For conferences, tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable.

For sports and cultural activities, tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable.

For sports or cultural activities, tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable.

For guided tours tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable.

10.2 Cancellation by the Pra Loup Tourist Office

In the event of cancellation of the service by the Tourist Office (weather conditions, insufficient staff, force majeure, unavailability of the service provider), the customer will be informed by the Tourist Office and fully reimbursed without being able to claim additional compensation.

11. Force majeure

11.1 Force majeure means any event external to the parties that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable and which prevents either the Client or the service providers involved in the performance of the service from fulfilling all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. This will be the case in particular in terms of strikes in means of transport, demonstrations, climatic conditions (bad weather, storms, etc.), hydrological conditions (floods, floods, etc.), closure of establishments.

11.2 The occurrence of a case of force majeure suspends the obligations hereof affected by the latter and exonerates from any liability the party who should have performed the obligation so affected.

The provider reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of force majeure. If the provider is obliged to cancel the service before the activity, will be refunded.

12. Insurance

The Tourist Office is covered by professional liability insurance for the activities offered.

13. Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for the management of registrations.

It is processed in accordance with the regulations in force and is not transferred to third parties under any circumstances.

The right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning visitors is made by written request to the info@praloup.com address.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These T are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Otherwise, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the headquarters of the Tourist Office.
