80 metres from the ski school meeting point, 50 metres from the nursery, shops, restaurants and services are located within a 150-metre radius.

Our studio, equipped for 4 people, is rated 3* by GITES DE FRANCE.

The main room, lit by a large bay window opening onto a balcony, offers a splendid view of the forest where squirrels frolic, the mountains and our wide-open valley.

It has a Rapido double sofa bed, light pine furniture, TV, hi-fi, DVD player and WiFi access. A small library (books and comics) for young and old, board games are at your disposal…. As well as a welcome folder with emergency numbers, documentation on winter and summer activities, and recommendations for selective sorting.

The sleeping area has two single bunk beds, large cupboards with drawers, and can be separated from the living room by a door.

Coat hooks are provided at heights suitable for children and adults.

The kitchen, with its built-in units, is small but functional. It has a ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. The raclette and fondue set has not been forgotten…

The 4m² bathroom, with WC, has a bathtub with thermostatic mixer tap and pivoting shower screen. Electric heating.

Access via two flights of 12 steps separated by a large landing where our flat is located. We live on site: I will welcome you on arrival and be present on departure.

Unloading area 15 metres from the entrance.

Free parking. Covered parking available upon reservation. Parking space available opposite our home in a private residence upon reservation.

Upon request: rentals available for a minimum of 4 nights outside of school holidays and linen rental.

Smoking permitted on the balcony.
