At the foot of the Grande Séolane, the Col des Thuiles (2,376 m) offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Ubaye Valley.
The route climbs through the shade of the Gimette state forest before the landscape opens up beneath the Petite Séloane and at the Col des Thuiles. The return journey takes you past Lake Costebelle and then down to the Pra Loup resort via the ski runs.
