The high-altitude lake of Costebelle<\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

It is the ideal place to indulge in the joys of fishing. Here it’s free and without a fishing permit! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perched at an altitude of 2248 m, the Costebelle lake offers an exceptional setting for a mountain fishing trip. It is accessible in 2 hours of walking since the arrival of the T\u00e9l\u00e9mix de la Clappe<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free and without a fishing permit<\/strong>, this high-altitude spot is open to all. Fishing is allowed with your own equipment, up to a limit of 2 catches per fisherman<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our advice:<\/strong> equip yourself with good shoes, go with a picnic, and enjoy the beauty of the site<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The high-altitude lake of Allos<\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

It is the most emblematic lake in the Mercantour National Park<\/strong>. It is in these beautiful pure waters that specimens of char<\/strong> and brown trout<\/strong> evolve. Culminating at 2230m above sea level, it is the largest natural high-altitude lake in Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our advice: spend the night at the Lac d’Allos refuge<\/a> to fish at sunrise,<\/strong> a magical sensation guaranteed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bachelard<\/strong> torrent<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Bachelard is a wild and unspoilt mountain stream, ideal for summer fishing.<\/strong>Accessible between Uvernet and Barcelonnette, it becomes more steep and secret upstream, offering calm and beautiful trout, sometimes over 30 cm. Its cool waters allow you to fish all day long, even in the middle of summer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No-kill course<\/strong> (barbless hook): from the confluence with the Ubaye to the D908 bridge (Barcelonnette and Uvernet-Fours).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our advice:<\/strong> choose the dry fly during the day, especially in fast water where trout are stationed in the sun \u2013 perfect for a session during the children’s nap!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
