Brevet des 7 cols

Happiness is simple... like seven cols

No deadline, no minimum speed... To join the club of those having earnt the « Brevet des 7 cols » you simply have to climb all seven of the Ubaye’s impressive cols, at your own pace.

These seven passes, all different, once linked our valley to the rest of the world. Perfectly suited to cyclists, they brush alongside the Mercantour National Park.

Saint-Jean and Pontis, offer unique views over the Serre-Ponçon lake in the west.

La Cayolle and Allos are classics of the Tour de France.

The col of La Bonette, on Europe’s highest road requires its own portion of sweat and adrenalin.

To the east, the aerial climbs of Sainte-Anne and the col de Vars run alongside the peaks of Le Parpaillon.

In all, 400 km, a 7 200 m climb and amazing sensations are reserved for the 400 « everyday heroes » who earn the certificate each year. Why not you ?
