Objet : notice and relative suggestions with the road of downhill
The road 2007 waas, on your opinion, really cool ewith a lot of specificitiesfor the hight level downhill : The route is strewn with natural obstacles and combines technical and arial sections. The equipment is constantly evolving and has simularities to that used in motorsports.
- Complex stone and stiff -
- big slopes of double type -
- road-gap -
This new road alow a new SPECTACLE.

Hello, I took part in the edition 2007.
I allow myself to suggest a reinforcement of the warnings for the candidates who systematically throw their packing of energy bars on the course. I would see well on this subject in the room of the inscriptions a panel of warning in several languages, threatening for example of setting except race the runners surprised deliberately to throw this kind of waste on the course. Last year, we remained in Praloup the week following the championships of the world. During our ballades, only in the zone of the country cottages, we collected a good score of energy packing of bars. And a significant number did not come from France.

PILOTE DE L'ARMEE DE L'AIR |

Il était dommage l'année dernière qu'aucun pilote ne représente l'Armée de l'Air pour les Championnats du Monde Master XCO. Pour sa seconde participation, le Cne GIRAUD y représentera cette année les couleurs des Ecoles d'Officiers de l'Armée de l'Air dans la catégorie 40-44 ans. Après une année de préparation, entrecoupée par les championnats de France militaires, cet été est donc la dernière ligne droite avant ce grand défi, qui, sans le soutien de l'AGPM, d'Airco et du vélociste Bike District à la Ciotat, n'aurait pu être envisagé. Pour le reconnaitre, facile, suivez le panache de la Patrouille de France sur son maillot.... En attendant les courses fin août, bons entraînements à tous les compétiteurs... et que le meilleur gagne...

Le parcours de Cross Country est long de 8km avec un dénivelé positif d'environ 240m. Circuit plus homogène qui va permettre à chacun de prétendre au titre mondial. Les single tracks, les zones techniques et les nombreuses possibilités de dépassement permettent une belle et constante évolution tout au long de la course. Cliquez sur la photo

La piste de DHI s'effectue à partir du sommet de la télécabine des Clapiers (2030m), itinéraire à la fois technique et très rapide. Dénivelé négatif total de 403m. Chacun pourra à son niveau effectuer le meilleur temps et détrôner Shaum MARCH, vainqueur au scratch en 2007 en 3:55.28.
