Since 2006 Pra Loup has been an accredited 'Famille Plus Montagne' resort. This is the only label recognised by the French tourism ministry. Its aim is to try to ensure that families have successful holidays in the mountain resorts by improving services. A programme of entertainment is provided with activities for children and adults. The resort also makes special provision for families with schemes such as kid's menus in the restaurants, ski equipment adapted to children's needs etc.

1. A personalized welcome for families. This winter, the tourism office is installing a dedicated space to welcome families into its premises. With a flyer about the various activities on offer, service providers, walks accessible to families, nappy changing area, playgrounds, ski pass prices such as "Family pack", sledge slope and much more.... | 2 : Events adapted to all. Weekly event programs are set up with activities accessible from 3 years old, "Famille Plus" thematic week, outdoor activities such as snowman building, treasure chase, story telling.... |
3 : From the youngest to the oldest : a tariff for all. Some restaurants offer special menus with special tariffs, hotel gives gratuities, reductions but also adapted services. -Ski schools offer some attractive prices for families. -"Weekly pack" and "Many children pack" are available at the nursery. "Pack Famille++" is dedicated for all families or groups. If you are two adults accompanied by 2 children or more which are less than 18 years olds, then don't pay more and you can all benefit from children price on ski pass. | 4 : Activities for all, to enjoy separately or together. Numerous activities, natural ice rink, quads and kids 4 by 4, carrousel, guided walks on wildlife and flora, paraglide, parachute...... Sledge area created on the resort for young and older. A protected and regulated sledge area on the ski slopes front. |
5 : A near by medical center for all the little pains. The medical center at the tourist home allow all little scratches to quickly become old story, open every days during the season. Bearing a safety helmet is advised specifically on the beginner areas, on the ski slopes but also on the sledge area. Signpost around those areas indicates in a respectful and funny way respect and security. | 6 : Children taken care off by professionals. Baby carrier rental in sport shops, pushchair lending at the nursery, children chair and bed offered by restaurant and hotel. |
The good ideas corner
The nursery always spoils families. It welcomes children from 6 months to 6 years old, every day during the winter season and from Monday to Friday during the summer season. Various formulas are proposed, the premises are adapted too all age, with a specialized welcome for all.
Our formula : Children ski learning area with trained teacher "club piou piou", welcomed from 3 to 5 years old, this area possess some initiation equipments such as snow string, mats and fun games to learn while having a good time.
Smart : Thanks to the nursery and the club piou piou, you can spend a quiet day at ski. When your child lesson at the club piou piou is over, the teacher from the ski school or the nursery employee takes your child to the nursery "les p'tits loups"

Open every day from 9 am to 5 pm, the day nursery can welcome 32 children from 6 months to 6 years old. Flexible, it will adapt to your priority and offers few different formulas such as hourly (11 euros) or daily (33 euros). It is also possible to have 6 ½ days or 6 full days (170 euros).
