FESTIVAL DES ENFANTS DU JAZZ

Barcelonnette et le Jazz : une passion durable !
Quel est le point commun entre Dee Dee Bridgewater, Kyle Eastwood, Stéphane Grapelli, Chucho Valdes, Eddie Palmieri, Diane Reeves, Manu Katché, Richard Galliano, et Archie Shepp.... ? Depuis 1995, avec bien d'autres stars du jazz, ils ont tous joué sous les étoiles de Barcelonnette.
Le Festival des Enfants du Jazz s'installe chaque été mi-juillet à Barcelonnette et s'impose depuis 15 ans comme un événement phare des Alpes du Sud.

BRIDGE COMPETITION
Jul, 31 2010 to Aug, 07 2010 (A la Maison de Pra Loup)
Every year, Pra-Loup welcomes Bridge Week, under the French Federation rules and organised by the Bridge Club of Pra Loup. The competitions are open to local, regional and international players (last year, we had competitors from Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain!). This is an opportunity to merge holidays & Bridge!

TENNIS TOURNAMENT
Aug, 01 2010 to Aug, 14 2010 (A Pra Loup 1600)
Fifth annual tennis tournament at Pra Loup, approved by the FFT. Players from all corners of France come to play Men's & Ladies Singles. Takes place over the first two weeks of August, with the final starting at 9am on August 14th. A great summer experience!

TRAIL UBAYE SALOMON
Aug, 08 2010 to Aug, 08 2010 (Dans la vallée de l'Ubaye)
Mountain trail running event. Two routes: 42km, with 2500m height gain or 23km with a 1000m climb. Both routes start and finish in Barcelonnette and pass through stunning alpine scenery.

1er CHAMPIONNATS D'EUROPE ET DE FRANCE VTT MASTER
Aug, 24 2010 to Aug, 29 2010 (Sur Pra Loup)
The first ever Mountain Bike Master European Championships take place this summer - if you missed the World Championships, which were held at Praloup in 07,08 and 09, then take advantage of this year's competition. Two disciplines, Downhill and Cross Country. The French Championships will be contested during the same event.
